Jocabed Ochoa or Jo, joined IMG in 2020 and is one of our Customer Service Representative with many years of experience in customer service, customer care and resolving customer matters. She strives to make sure our customers’ insurance needs are taken care of. In her spare time she loves baking with her 2 daughters and fishing with her husband.
